CAPPON, Gerdina Wendelina (Weeber) - Nov. 8, 1931 – March 22, 2021 - Our beloved wife, mother and grandmother, Gerdina (Gerdi) Cappon passed away and went to be with her Lord in her 90th year.
She was born in Apeldoorn, The Netherlands and died in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada.
Predeceased by her parents, brother Peter Weeber and sister-in-law Anna Stech (Cappon), she is survived by her husband of 63 years, Jacob Cappon.

McCREADY, Linda Ann - It is with sadness we announce the passing of Linda Ann Mccready. Linda passed away peacefully, early in the morning, on March 21, 2021 at the age of 57, at Mackenzie Health Hospital in Richmond Hill.
Beloved wife of Jeff Mccready and her beautiful daughter Sarah Mccready who lives with Jack in Vancouver.
Daughter of Norrie and Rae who were part of her daily life for so many years. Together they formed a tight knit family who worked, played, and travelled together. Her family also included brother Stephen and his wife Diane, daughter Madeline. Her sister-in-law Jennifer and Steve Vinitsky, nephews Ryan and Mitchell. There were so many wonderful times together that will be remembered with fondness.

GRANDI, Anna - Anna Grandi passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 21, 2021 at Villa Colombo in Kleinburg at the age of 99.
Anna (also affectionately called “Nonetta” and “Nanina”), will be remembered for her kind and loving qualities. She will be missed by her loving family.
She was a hardworking and dedicated wife, mother and grandmother.

HALL, Ian Denison - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Ian on Sunday March 21, 2021 at the age of 59 years.
Ian was predeceased by dear parents Mary and Henry Hall.
He was the cherished and devoted husband of Sandra Hall. Loving brother of Alison and her husband Chris, Alan and his wife Luza and Andrea and her husband Blake. Ian was loved by nieces and nephews as a fun (if on occasion curmudgeonly) uncle.

HAYHOE, Denise Margaret (Denzin) - Denise Margaret Hayhoe passed into the loving arms of her Saviour Jesus Christ peacefully on Sunday morning, March 21, 2021, after a struggle with vascular dementia.
Denise Margaret Denzin was born in Regina, Saskatchewan to Arnley and Agnes Denzin, on March 24th, 1938. She already had a big brother Warren.
She would live out on the family farm in Tregarva, Saskatchewan where she would grow up, and attend school at the one room schoolhouse with her 10 classmates, just up the dirt road from their homestead.

When we think of Robert Harris we think of the man he was. A loving, caring, kind hearted man. We think of all the things he accomplished in his life.
He came across to Canada on a boat not once, but twice. He was born and raised in Bristol, England by Ted and Nellie Harris.
At 25 he made his life here in Toronto, Canada. He married his love Diane and raised two children Edwin and Jaclyn.

CANCELLIERE, Elvira - Age 87, passed away peacefully with her two children by her side on March 21, 2021.
She was born on October 24, 1934 in Cosenza, Italia to Emilia DeLuca and Pietro Falbo.
Elvira and Ernesto were married on September 30th, 1967 and have been lifetime best friends and partners ever since.
They adored each other and always cared for each other.
Elvira loved to love people. She was a thoughtful, selfless person who always put everyone else first.

Just minutes before potentially life saving surgery, Jean had her three daughters – Carolyn, Susan and Cathy – by her side and was able to facetime visit with every single one of her 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and 2 sons-in-law.

She was born on Hainan island off the coast of China on March 26, 1930 to Ming Fen Ho and Chi Hing Chan.
She was the eldest sister to Anthony (Tak Ching), Margaret (Richard), Teresa (Joseph) and Joseph.
Theresa was the matriarch of a very large, extended family.
She was an incredible mother to 8 children: Joseph, John (Patricia), Jude, James (Susan), Margaret (Michael), Martha (Peter), Paul (Valerie) and Wilfred.

HOUGH, Maria Carlota - September 21, 1925 – March 21, 2021
Passing peacefully in her home, on the morning of March 21, 2021, Maria Carlota Vieira da Fonseca Hough, was reunited with her parents, her husband John, her son Michael, her daughter Mary, her brother Carlos and his wife Sebastiana, and her nephew Carlinhos.
Maria Carlota was born on September 21, 1925 in Sao Paulo, Brasil, to Durval Brasilino and Lucilla de Toledo Vieira Fonseca.
In her mid-20s, while attending a Spanish night-class with her best friend in Sao Paulo, she met her future husband, John, a Canadian in town for work.
Following her heart, she made the courageous decision to move to Canada and start a family.

LAING, Allan George - Passed away on Sunday, March 21, 2021, at the age of 97.
Devoted husband of the late Norma Elaine Prothero, for 55 years.
Proud father of Brian and Allison, father-in-law of Christine.
Doting grandfather of Brendon (Cassandra), Robyn and Brittany.
Allan spent more than 40 years in advertising communications, primarily as Art Director or Creative Director with McKim Advertising Limited in Toronto and Montreal, as President and Creative Director of an associated company, Coporad Limited, and finally as a Consultant, working from his home.
His most challenging and rewarding work was done for Canadian Pacific on its Centennial and Corporate Projects in Print, Television, and Film, during which he performed the functions of Creative Director, Writer, and Art Director.

McVEAN, Bill - 1925 - 2021 We are heartbroken to announce the passing of Bill McVean, who died on March 21st, following complications from multiple strokes.
Bill was born on May 5, 1925 in Windsor, Ontario, to Marion and Ernest McVean.
He was educated in Woodstock, Ontario, before serving with 411 RCAF spitfire squadron in France, Belgium and Holland.
The war's end found him in Germany, where he relieved the boredom by editing an armed forces newspaper and managing a radio station.

Betty, beloved wife of the late Relph.
Proud and loving mother of Wendy (Bruce) Hennigar, Catherine (Jody) LaPlante, Brian (Donna) and Steven (Judy).
Cherished grandmother of Kevin (Jessica), Carly, Andrea, Lisa, Mark and Jennifer (Ben); great-grandmother of Annabelle and Emilia.
She is survived by her sister Jessie (Tony), predeceased by sister Myril and brother Glen.
Betty was a longtime resident of Aurora and dedicated volunteer with the Children's Aid Society of York Region.

BODRUG, John Douglas - John Douglas Bodrug, age 86, passed away suddenly, but peacefully on March 21, 2021 in the company of his wife and his treasured dogs.
John passed at his home in Copan Ruinas, Honduras, where he had lived for the past nine years with his wife of 24 years, Marianne (Willnich), in a small and caring local community.
He was born on April 25, 1934 in Toronto, Ontario at the family home to Nestor and Muriel (Bell) Bodrug.
John attended Etobicoke Collegiate and obtained a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
